KS2 specialist needed in the TA7 area Your new companyHays Education are looking to recruit a teacher to work a mixed Y4/5 class in the TA7 area. In addition, we are offering personalised training to help you further your career success and teaching ability.Your new roleYou will be working in a very friendly, small school with a great emphasis on teacher support between the staff. Mentorship is available so any early careers teachers would have support to complete their NQT. There is also an TA available to help you manage the class, and a SEND TA in the class supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis. This role requires no planning or marking, so your energy will be purely focussed on the class. This role, starting after the easter half term and going on until term 5 half term. The students are given plenty of time to be in nature and the outdoors, with some classes taking place outside. This gives them extra time to run around, helping to maintain class behaviour and keeping students happy in school. What you’ll need to succeed

• You must also hold Qualified Teacher Status
• In-depth knowledge of the English national curriculum
• An understanding of how to manage children’s behaviour.
• A passion for teaching and assisting students in their academic success.
