Key Stage 1 Teacher We are seeking a passionate and experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in primary education, with a focus on delivering outstanding lessons to children aged 5-7. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all children in the class. Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to ensure children make progress and achieve their full potential. Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers. Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to plan and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum. Attend and contribute to staff meetings, INSET training, and other school events. Build positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child’s progress. Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages children to take risks, develop their creativity, and become confident learners. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant degree Experience of teaching in a Key Stage 1 classroom Excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and assessment requirements Strong behaviour management skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to ongoing professional development We offer a competitive salary, opportunities for career progression, and a supportive and friendly working environment.
