HR Assistant in education sector in Peterborough, £26,000 + hybrid working, permanent opportunity

I am proud to be working with my client in the education sector based in Peterborough who are seeking an HR Assistant to support their busy HR team with HR, recruitment and benefit activities.
Your new role
As the HR Assistant, you will work closely with the HR Director and the rest of the central HR team to provide administrative support including taking the lead on recruitment administration and pre-employment checks for central office roles as well as Head Teachers and Senior Leadership.
You will also support key meetings with our Senior Leadership Teams and Unions, collating and distributing board packs within given timescales, and taking and distributing minutes, as well as the Pay and Reward team on the administration of benefits and salary sacrifice schemes.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate, you will be a strong administrator with HR experience gained in a similar role. You will be a strong communicator who is able to interact well with senior leaders. You will be highly organised with experience of scheduling and planning meetings.
What you’ll get in return

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in the Peterborough and 3 from home.
