Job Title: Horticulture Lecturer / Land Based Studies Lecturer
Location: Syon Manor College, Isleworth, Greater London
Salary: Qualified – From £36,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications
Hours: 38.5 Hours per week; Monday to Friday 8:30 to 16:30
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
Are you an Horticulture Lecturer / Land Based Studies Lecturer committed to improving the lives of pupils and young people with a passion in this field of employment?
Syon Manor College are looking for an experienced passionate Lecturer. The successful candidate will join an up-and-coming team of like-minded professionals within a new Specialist Post 16- Further Education setting. Ideally, you would have experience working with learners in a post-16 setting and have an ethos centred around care and development.
The post requires a qualification in a related field or experience within the trade of work and experience within Education – QTLS route + ECT’s are encouraged to apply.

Syon Manor College is a new post-16 provision for young people with autism and complex needs. The college will offer a broad curriculum of academic, vocational and life skills learning including BTECs, GCSEs, Functional Skills and ASDAN accreditations which will work towards Employability or Independence and Duke of Edinburgh qualifications.
For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties.
