Higher level teaching assistant Cannock and Rugeley Your new companyWe work with a range of schools in the Stafford area that are looking for HLTA’s in Primary, Secondary & Middle Schools. The variety of jobs we offer range from long term to short term positions and can be for as many days a week as you require.Your new roleAs a higher-level teaching assistant you will be working with a number of primary schools across Stafford. The jobs we offer will require you to have previous relevant experience. You may be expected to work 1-1 or in small groups. We can offer you day to day positions and short-term contracts as well as long term positions which can last more than a term and could lead to permanent employment.What you’ll need to succeedExperience is required for this TA position, and you must have demonstrated an ability to provide support to students in a classroom setting and have led, or at least part-lead class organised activities. You will be driven and committed to helping students boost their academic progression and will have strong communication and inter-personal skills.What you’ll get in return
