Cover Teacher / Higher Learning Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Secondary Education

Veritas Education are looking for an experienced individual to work as a Higher-Level TA (HLTA) for Secondary schools based in the BD3-BD13 area of Bradford. This role will see you covering planned lesson for various subjects within KS3+4.

The ideal candidate will be confident in the delivery of learning activities to whole classes and small groups in absence of the teacher. This will be 5 days, ongoing with the potential of it going permanent.

Pay: £80-£100, depending upon your experience.

The role: Support and enthuse young learners to reach their potential and react to their interests offering a child centred approach

Provide opportunities that will excite and ignite a passion for learning.

Ensure children are engaging in their learning and actively participating

Skills and Attributes: Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Math’s, English and Science at Grade C or above.

A positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
