Head Teacher PA available in Eastbourne with immediate start Head teacher PA, Personal Assistant Head Teachers PA Eastbourne Reporting to Head Head Teachers PAHead teacher PA, Personal Assistant, School based.Your new schoolHays Education are looking for Personal Assistants with high levels of administrative skills who are looking to work in an education environment. Hays work with a number of schools in the Eastbourne area on an exclusive basis where both part time and full-time work is regularly available. We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant who would be interested in finding a new temporary, long term or permanent position as Principals PA.Your new roleAs a Personal Assistant you will be delivering a comprehensive and confidential administrative service to the Headteacher and Governing body. You will provide efficient support to the Headteacher office, including diary management, receiving internal and external calls, visitors and correspondence. You will also be liaising with parents, staff, governors, trustees and external agencies on behalf of the Headteacher.What you’ll need to succeedWe are looking for candidates who can prove they have had several years of experience in a similar role carrying out relevant administrative duties including the ability to manage a high level of note taking and word processing. Relevant level 3 qualifications and GCSE’s grade C and above in English and Math’s are compulsory. Prior knowledge of SIMS, CMIS and Integris would be beneficial.
