This is a senior role, and the successful candidate should expect to work additional hours as required to fulfil the role, including supporting evening events, and attending evening meetings when required.
The hours of work can be flexible and where appropriate working from home (in moderation) can be considered for the right candidate.

Principal Duties
The post holder will contribute to the design and delivery of people and organisation development strategies across the school.
They will be responsible for providing the effective operational and strategic HR function for the school and will work closely with the Headteacher and other school leaders to support a programme of continuous work on key HR priorities.
In addition, the successful candidate will support the implementation of key strategic objectives, through the provision of expert professional advice. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of efficient HR systems, processes, and policies for all staff across the school and recommend appropriate people management solutions to support the school’s aims and function.
They will use coaching and influencing skills to drive employee engagement and manage change.
