Experienced Teaching assistant Richmond – HamptonStart ASAP

On behalf of our client, a vibrant, well established secondary school based in Hampton, we are currently recruiting for an experienced TA to look after the brand new Specialist resource Provision, catering for students with ASD. You will be part of a supportive team, assisting SEN students in various subjects and working closely with small groups. The school have a high number of students with ASD, ADHD and dyslexia, therefore, experience in the this field is essential.This role is temp to perm after a short while for the right candidate.

As a teaching assistant you will be:

• dedicated to helping students achieve their attainment levels
• you will encourage students to engage proactively with their learning
• you will be responsible in helping to provide a safe environment for students to learn.
• You will assist the teacher in the students their learning and development as well as with behaviour management, consistently promoting positive behaviour.

To be considered for this role you must hold a current DBS and degree in any subject area. Previous experience working with children is essential.
