Responsibilities of the Learning Support Assistant role:
- Provide support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Support the teacher with preparing resources and setting up learning activities
- Liaise and collaborate with other staff members to support pupil progress
- Work with children in small groups or on a 1:1 basis
- Use your initiative and work well independently
- Be a positive role model for young learners
Requirements of the Learning Support Assistant role::
- Confidence, reliability and able to use your own initiative
- Flexibility and adaptability
- A degree background (any subject)
- Enhanced DBS check on the update system (or willingness to obtain one)
- A legal right to work in the UK
- Enthusiasm to learn and succeed!
