We are looking for a talented General Manager to lead a dedicated passionate team at a wonderful Independent Schools. A day and boarding co-educational school for pupils from year 3 to 6th form in Ashtead Park, Surrey. Catering for 1000 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of Breakfast, lunch, supper, tuckshop twice daily, 6th form café, internal and external hospitality. This is a mix of term time only, term time plus 4 weeks and 52 week depending on role and operates 7 days a week. Additional benefit to this location is free parking on site.
You will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced management catering environment.
Responsibilities:
You will oversee the successful running of all catering requirements across the operation which includes providing breakfast, lunch and supper to pupils and teachers across a large number of boarding houses as well as providing high profile lets, hospitality and events.
