Teaching Personnel

Teaching Personnel are looking for behaviour support mentors with recent SEN experience in Wakefield schools to support students with learning difficulties and disabilities. They aim to provide pupils with the confidence and self-esteem to achieve their best ability. Schools in and around Leeds are keen for short- term and long-term staff.

Non-negotiable Skills & Experience:

• UK residency or right to work
• Six months at least in the country
• Overseas criminal clearance if applicable
• Child enhanced DBS or willing to apply
• Prior experience supporting additional needs and/or challenging behaviour

Responsibilities:

• Engage students into lessons
• Support the teacher with behaviour management
• Previous experience working with SEND children
