Reed Education is currently working with a school in, Birmingham who are looking to recruit an exceptional Teacher of English to join them ASAP

The school are looking for an individual who can inspire and motivate students using exciting and innovative teaching methods. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of raising attainment standards and be able to create an outstanding learning environment. In return the school can offer a dedicated and inspirational leadership team who are committed with providing their pupils an exceptional education every day. The school are passionate about investing and further developing their staff and offer regular internal and external CPD opportunities.

The successful candidate will have,

• QTS
• Have a proven track record of strong classroom management
• Have good behaviour management
• Someone who can use their own initiative, be friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Have experience of planning and assessments
• Be able to set clear boundaries and set high expectations.
• Have experience of working with EAL students and being able to adapt lessons so they can access the same standard of learning as their peers.
• Have an enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service or be willing to be pay £38 for a new one.

The role is to begin immediately, initially on a temporary basis, however, there may be potential for the right candidate to become permanent.
