We have been offered the opportunity to serve a number of local schools in the South London area with short-term cover solutions. They have chosen us because of the excellent training and support we offer to our candidates. Those successful can expect to provide support in a cover capacity at a handful of schools local to them, ensuring that they are able to build good relationships with the children and therefore provide a good level of consistency. We offer excellent training and support to anyone working through us, including on-site development and online CPD, particularly with behaviour management aspects of teaching and learning
