Job Roles: Teach a wide range of subjects across different grade levels Promote critical thinking, creativity, and academic growth Develop and deliver engaging lessons to inspire and motivate students. Implement innovative teaching methods to foster a love for learning. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum content and instructional strategies. Assess student performance and provide timely and constructive feedback. Foster a culturally diverse and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS. Passion for education and a commitment to student development. Strong communication and organizational skills. Enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will: Be available for work Monday to Friday Have an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with us) Have a fully checkable work history At GSL we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
