The role of lecturer is to equip our students with skills for their future through the delivery of outstanding education and training and inspire students to achieve their potential. The key roles of a Lecturer are to deliver excellent teaching each year, completing the relevant preparation and marking that supports this, and to set SMART targets to enable students to reach their potential.
You will
It’s essential that you have experience of teaching/training Dog Grooming and have vocational experience in the Further Education sector. You will need to be passionate and engaging with the ability to bring the subject matter to life and make it a positive experience with a wide variety of learners.
Department Info
The Animal Care Curriculum Area opened in September 2020 and offers courses from Level 1 to Level 6 in Animal Care and Animal Management. With a wide variety of animals housed in our modern facilities, now is a very exciting time to join our team!
Your line manager will be the Curriculum Director and/or Curriculum Manager. You will regularly report on your objectives to update your Programme Leader / Curriculum Leader regarding a range of KPI’s including (but not limited to) student recruitment, retention, anticipated achievement, attendance and punctuality.
