Cover Supervisor, Supply Location: Driffield Start Date: ASAP Salary: £80.00 £100.00 per day GSL Education Hull and East Riding are seeking enthusiastic candidates who can work as Cover Supervisors in supply roles at our client schools based in Driffield starting as soon as possible. Candidate Eligibility Criteria: Hold an enhanced DBS (child workforce) certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to obtaining one through GSL Education. Hold an NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher or be a Graduate considering a career in education. Display empathy and a nurturing attitude towards students while providing support and encouragement. Offer feedback to the classroom teacher regarding student attendance, participation, and completion of assigned tasks. Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Have experience working in a similar role in an educational setting. Must have appropriate knowledge of safeguarding and mentality to practice them while dealing with students.
