Job Title: Secondary School Cover Supervisor

Location: Various Schools Across South London and Surrey

Contract: Temporary, Full-time

Reed Education is looking for experienced and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our team and work in Secondary Schools across London and Surrey. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education and are committed to making a difference in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of a teacher across a range of subjects and year groups
• Manage the behaviour of students in accordance with school policy
• Ensure the effective and efficient use of time within the classroom
• Provide support to students and help them achieve their full potential

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience working in a Secondary School setting as a Cover Supervisor or similar role
• A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving
