As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a conducive and immersive learning environment, providing valuable assistance to students in achieving their utmost potential.

Primary responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, cultivating a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
• Offer guidance and support to students, aiding them in completing tasks to a high standard.
• Address general inquiries and deliver constructive feedback after cover lessons.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent approaches and provide support to students with varying needs.
• Contribute to student well-being and foster a nurturing ethos within the school community.
