Willo Education Recruitment is calling all qualified teachers and early career teachers (ECTs) who are passionate about making a difference in the educational development of children in the classroom.

The essential candidate will hold the following:

Excellent understanding of the UK National Curriculum.

SEN / SEND / SEMH understanding and awareness – it is imperative that you can adapt to the needs of children.

Strong behaviour management.

PGCE, QTS or other relevant teaching qualifications.

Enhanced and barring list DBS on the update service, or able to apply for one through us.
