Part time, temporary position – Digbeth/Longbridge

Hourly Pay £24.00 – £28.00

They boast exceptional facilities and continue to invest in College infrastructure, including a purpose built construction centre, hair and beauty salons which are open to the public, a fine dining restaurant run by students, music and sound recording rooms, a industry standard auditorium and much more.

The role will be delivering Business BTEC L2/L3 up until the end of the Academic Year. This will be on a PT basis over the following days and hours:

Wednesday Digbeth 1-4.15pm (3hrs)

Thursday Longbridge 9-2.30pm (4.5hrs)

Friday Digbeth 9-12.15 (3hrs)There may also be some more hours available on a Wednesday however this will be discussed with the candidate.

What we’re looking for:

• Must have a recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards) – PTTLS,CTLLS/DTLLS/CertEd/PGCE and have GCSE or Level 2 in Maths, English and ICT.
• Knowledge and experience of delivering BTEC Business up to L3
• To be able to plan and deliver quality teaching across identified modules
• Relevant up to date subject knowledge and recent delivery in the further education or school sector
• Right to Work & Enhanced Child DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service
