Job Role: Behaviour MentorLocation: Barking & DagenhamStart date: October 2023Pay: £85-£95 per day (salary dependent on experience).Level: PrimaryGSL Education London is seeking a Behaviour Mentor for a primary school located in Barking and Dagenham. The school seeks someone to support its students who needs help with behaviour management. The selection of applicants will be based on a trial and interview with the school.The SchoolThis is an OFSTED rated ‘Outstanding’ school, that has effective safeguarding policies at its heart. The school maintains strong work ethic and student-teacher relationship. They practice a very functional development strategy to educate the children in need and their success rate is outstanding.As a Behaviour Mentor, you will possess the following:

• Previous experience working as a Behaviour Mentor.
• Ability to improve the behaviour and well-being of individual pupils.
• Ability to support pupils who are experiencing learning difficulties.
• Be able to establish meaningful positive relationships quickly.
• Be able to support pupils inside and outside of the classroom.
• Ability to help pupils to increase their confidence and self-esteem by listening to them and devising appropriate strategies.

• An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application through us
• Two professional child related references
• An updated CV
