The Loddon School is looking for an assistant to join the DBAS (Department of Behaviour and Analysis) team to support the development of the children, reducing their behaviours, teaching them replacement skills, and improving their quality of life.

What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate would be passionate about providing quality care and education for the children, would be patient and understanding and will ensure that they are always promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the children.
You will have experience in working with children with Autism and/or Learning Difficulties. Having knowledge of PROACT-SCIPr-UK / Loddon PLLUSS would be desirable, however training will be provided for the right candidate.
A little about the role
Collating and co-ordinating data input, analysing and creating/updating behaviour graphs for all students
Supporting with creating and organising training and induction sessions
Attending pre-review and review meetings as and when required
Working hands on with the students as and when required
Producing resources such as ABC books, epilepsy books, food diaries and new student folders.

Hours of work
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
A degree of flexibility may be needed around these hours, to support the needs of the team.
Salary
The salary is based on full time employment and are dependent on relevant qualifications and previous experience in similar settings.
