ABC Teachers are currently looking for candidates who are wanting to work in schools. The role is flexible, with all training provided internally.

About the role

ABC Teachers are looking for trainee cover supervisors to work in Secondary Schools in Stafford, Penkridge and surrounding areas. This is a diverse and rewarding role. Which includes –

• Supervising work that has been set in accordance with the school policy.

• managing the behaviour of pupils while they are undertaking this work to ensure a constructive environment.

• Responding to any questions from pupils about process and procedures

• Dealing with any immediate problems or emergencies according to the school’s policies and procedures.

• Collecting any completed work after the lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher.

• Reporting back as appropriate using the school’s agreed referral procedures on the Behaviour of pupils during the class, and any issues arising.

Secondary schools across Staffordshire are recruiting for Trainee Cover Supervisors on a full and part time basis.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Associate Teacher – All training provided you will:

• A -C in GCSE English and Mathematics.
• A positive and can do attitude in your approach to work.
• Excellent punctuality and professional conduct.
• Own transportation or happy to use public transport.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Excellent punctuality and professional conduct.
