Area Manager (Weekends – Term Time Only)- £30,000 pro-rata + Benefits- London, N11

The Role

Are you ready to take on the challenge of overseeing operations and ensuring excellence? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an Area Manager at our Children’s Gymnastics and Ninja Classes in North London.

In this role, you will play a vital role in overseeing the provision and quality of service, ensuring that our classes exceed expectations and provide a safe, enjoyable, and educational experience for our young participants. As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting our instructors, maintaining high standards of coaching, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Please note that this position is available on weekends and during term time only, making it an ideal opportunity for mature students with a 20-hour work visa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision of care and customer experience.
• Apparatus is clean and in good working condition.
• Risk assessments have been carried out.
• Evacuation policy and procedures are in order.
• Marketing and Advertising is put up and can be seen by passers-by.
• Dealing with local issues on site and reporting back to head office.
• Occasionally staying on to oversee Birthday Parties and pack away.

The Person

• Experience working with customers and children.
• Ability to have an enhanced Police Check.
• Level of English – Professional.
• Possess a right to work in the UK.
• Pro-active. The ability to get sleeves rolled up and get on with the job in hand.
• Professional and mature approach to work.
