Empowering Learning is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join a thriving secondary school in Lambeth, starting ASAP.

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient individual to join our administrative team, ensuring the effective day-to-day functioning of our school.
? Manage school records, including student data, attendance, and admissions.
? Assist with timetabling and scheduling of classes and examinations.
? Coordinate school events and communicate with students, parents, and staff.
? Handle inquiries and provide administrative support to teachers and senior staff.
? Maintain accurate financial records and process payments and invoices.
? Support the implementation of school policies and procedures.
? Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as local authorities and suppliers.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Proficiency in using office software and systems.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Familiarity with Lambeth’s educational landscape is advantageous.
