1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – South Yorkshire The Opportunity We are working with an amazing Academy Trust who are looking for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil during lesson times at one of their primary schools from September with an ongoing contract. Joining an amazing school, you will be supporting a child with 1:1 SEN needs with their development in a school setting which will positively impact their lives personally and academically. Main Duties include: Creating classroom displays Aiding the teacher in completing daily tasks Supporting a child on a 1:1 basis for their growth and development Working within a diverse environment with children of all ability levels and backgrounds. Key Skills: Experience working with SEN students Empathetic, caring and nurturing personality Range of skills to cope with challenging behaviour Comfortable being flexible and patient Strong effective communication skills Package: £80-£105 per day DOE On-site parking A supportive recruitment consultant by your side Professional, rewarding teaching environment with career development.
